Been a bit of a change at http://pennyblackatallsorts.blogspot.com/ there are 5 new design team members and I am one of them. Cannot tell you how thrilled I am to have been asked, thank you Brenda. The team are all fabulous crafters with a wonderful mix of styles. Do visit the blog to see links to their blogs and to see the great selection of inspiration for the October challenge.
The October Challenge, that would be Colours of Autumn. Start thinking about Autumn you start to think about the clocks changing, the leaves falling and all those lovely spider webs hanging like garlands in the garden. Have watched a couple of sunrises recently and loved the blues, pinks and purple grays. Used DI in blues and pink on the base card then applied the TH clock mask followed by the corner web mask. More DI in yellows oranges and browns blended over the top. The web lines were then highlighted with sparkling sakura and sepia glossy accents. Penny Black Golden Leaves 3982K stamped and embossed cut out and more DI applied. Once leaves attached on card Viva Terra and Viva Ferro in orange shades applied, once they were dry the whole piece was given a quick blast of GM.
It will not surprise you to know that this is also my 'Watch the clock' page for our grungy book swap at Lots to do Revisited forum
