Steampunk hearts

The frame for this came from a charity shop back in May it has been sitting on top of the bookcase waiting to be altered. On Saturday meeting up with Di the Boss lady at Tando she gave me the new small heart cog set to play with. Well within about an hour this basic design was clear in my mind. Sorry if I was a bit distracted Di my imagination was working overtime but not letting me in on the secret!

My other question was how will the chipboard do in an embossing folder? Well the answer to that is that it works just great. Once embossed the shapes were coloured with Nick Bantock inks, rub and buff then used to highlight the raised areas. A while back I dismantled a wind up clock parts of which have been used here front and back. Some buttons, pearls, feathers, wire and ribbon completed the alteration.
