Gingersnaps - Jewel colours + Gold

Will it surprise you to learn that my favourite gem stone it Emerald closely followed by Sapphire?   These cool dark colours are so deep when you look closely at them it feels like you can sink into them.  So when this Gingersnaps challenge was published the colour choice was a no brainer.   Rather wish the rest of the piece had been as easy but as soon as this stamp came to mind the rest sorted its self out.

Recently Sam sent me some sturdy corragated card, stripped this and coloured it with Glimmer Mists.    Cut a nestie mat and coloured it with DI then stamped and embossed with WOW powders.    Coloured the image's face with Promarkers and the head dress with sakura.   Stuck this on a piece of patterned gold card and then onto the corragated card.   The embellishements top and bottom are made of clay and UTEE.
