Fancy fold

One thing about just having a day at home is having time to get inky.

A challenge I really wanted to join in this fortnight is Challenge up your Life whose current theme is Music.   The stamps on the front of this card are La Blanch girl with violin and music score, the swallow's are from Stampin' up.  All the inks used were DI.

The other challenge that this was very much inspired by is Suger Creek Hollow.   I've never joined in with them before but their challenge of Fancy folds appealed.

The fancy fold oh yes well scroll down a little

This is the inside of the card.   A couple of years ago some promotional landed on my then desk with this fold out.   First time 'junk mail' has come in really handy I used it to work out the fold and use it from time to time now.

There is a tutorial on this fold on Just for Fun.

The stampin' up paper has been additionally stamped with the same music score which was carefully inked to avoid the straight edges so it just fades.  The other stamps are Tim Holtz (but you already knew that) stamped with colour box chalk ink.
