The heart and banner together with the words 'Mums Kitchen' are one of the fabulous Tando Creative sets. For the hanging the heart was simply covered with some K & Co paper, the words painted with shimmery paint and stuck on. The little heart on the banner painted with the same kind of paint in pink while the rest of the banner coloured with Nick Bantock ink sponged on. Some Deco Art Modeling Paste splattered over the top. Paper flowers touched with more ink and pressed into the paste with sticky back pearls in their center's.
Our theme is Spring and we are challenging you (and ourselves) to use a spring in the project somewhere. I thought springs attaching the heart to the banner would be fun with another to hang the completed project. Simple springs made wrapping wire round paint brush handles.
