Craft-Room Bingo

Good morning it's that time again!   A new Craft-Room Challenge to share with you.

With all the glorious weather we are enjoying (with the odd welcome spot of rain), and the school holidays in full swing you might not have the time/energy/inclination to craft.    But if you do we have a fabulous theme for you this time.

After your fantastic response to to Suzanne's Heat Embossing challenge we cannot wait to see what you make of this one!   Mervi dreamt up the Bingo Grid, and the whole idea of our very first Bingo theme.    Don't you just love her choices?   All you have to do is decide which line top to bottom, side to side or on the diagonal you are going to use.

We also have a very special one off sponsor for you this time.   Sweet Poppy Stencils

As a big fan of this business I was thrilled when they gave me a floral stencil, a paste spreader and a pot of their 'Glossy White' paste.   One lucky person will be drawn at random to receive this set of goodies.

For my sample I chose to recycle a kraft paper bag.   This was one of the projects I worked on at a crafting retreat week-end recently.    The line at the heart of this is Flower - Stencil - Kraft.     The stencil I used is another Sweet Poppy one this time Poppy (10% of the sales of this stencil go to the Poppy Appeal).  Dimension paste pushed through and Stampendous Shabby ep sprinkled over the wet paste.

Looking at it while it was drying I wondered what to do next with the bag.   What are the other 6 items on the grid? rubber stamping my favourite thing to do, brown OK I'll stamp some swirls in brown.   Butterfly, and Gems Liz has a really sweet butterfly die which she let me use, after dusting the little embellies with inks Gems were stuck to their bodies.   That left Blue and Lace, out with the dusters and blue ink pad the bag is edged in blue finally a little strip of lace along the top.   Full House!   The bag came from a shop a long time ago and has become creased over time which just adds  to the finished project.
As always it is over to you now and we are ready and waiting to see how you use Mervi's grid.

There are other Design Teams who are ready, keen, and eager to see what we make of their theme's, they might like this one and they are:
Card and Scrap - Anything Goes
Seemacrafts - Butterflies
2 Sisters Challenge - Anything Goes
Bloggers - Alter it

Make it Monday - Always Anything Goes

Happy crafting.
