Yesterday I brought myself a pair of new slippers

They came on this rather interesting hanger.   I've collected one or two of these hangers with the intention of re-cycling/altering them.   This one this morning met glue, card, paste and other things.

A piece of card embossed in a Couture Creations embossing folder.   The result was then carefully cut out and coloured with ProMarkers.   I rather like the effect of Twilight blue and the Orchid which was run over the raised areas.

Both card and vellum cut with the Sizzix wings die and the TH tattered florals.   The Vellum has been stamped with Stayzon.   The card wings attached to the wings of the hanger, the matching vellum ones overlaid with a glue dot at the top.    Viva Terra paste spread over the body of the hanger, the label & the hook.   Once that had gone off on the surface Turquoise crackle paste  was spread over it.    The main image pressed into the still wet pastes to attach it to the hanger.

The Vellum flowers were assembled after being touched with the crackle paste.   To make the vellum curl the flowers were sprayed with white Dylusion paint and attached to the piece.

So I thought I'd share this now with one or two challenges.
