Gosh the response to your last challenge at River of Creativity attracted quite a few entries. It is such a good feeling that our new challenge is attracting interest. Fingers crossed all of you reading this, and some others will join us again in August.
River of Creativity challenge this month is One Earth, represent that how you will. We love to see every kind of craft in every style using every technique.
One Earth! who's bright idea was that? oh yes mine, what ever was I thinking? It was not until I saw a Funky Fossil stencil of the globe laid flat that this came together in my mind.
Smooth card cut for two linked circles which were then baryered with Kaleidacolor "Calypso". The stencil was then placed one them and DI Green and Yellow dusted through. Background is the same stencil 4 times each with a different colour dusted through. The sentiment and bird images all come from different magazine sets. I kept them black and white to offset the bright colours of the planet.
What does One Earth say to you? Share your creative expression with us at River of Creativity and take a look at the different ways the very talented and creative team looked at it.
