We Love Stamping - Anything Goes with the option of CAS

Yep you read that right Brenda and the girls at We Love Stamping have the theme this month of Anything Goes with the option of Clean and Simple.   Well you know I'm always up for CAS challenge, not so sure about the rest of the team, but they are a talented bunch why not pop over to the challenge site and see what they made.

We also have some terrific prizes for those lucky enough to win.  Please remember we are a stamping challenge and we look to see stamping as a prominent element of your project.

Here is what I've got for you.

Went to the Creative Craft Show at the NEC last month.  It was a disappointment but when it comes to finding things to spend money on I am relentless.  One thing I knew was that I wanted something that could be used to make this card.

The stamp is from Pink ink stamped onto a post card format.  Created a mask to cover it and laid an old stencil of a pocket watch over it then dusted green DI over it.  Stamp mask removed the image was then coloured with my Staedtler felt pens.  Finally the lady bird has been given a glossy coat with Glossy Accents.

Although most challenges are seasonally focused there are one or two who aren't.

  2. It's a really striking image Zoe and with the masked surround really pops. Didn't realise it was Pink Ink but as it is imagine it's large'ish as most of theirs seem to be (that that I've succumbed) .
