Stampin for the week-end - 60's rock

He might not be strumming 'Whiter shade' here but you can just imagine that as soon as practice is over he will be off and rockin'. The new team at Stampin' for the week-end set a challenge this week to base a card on one of three 1960's hits. Whiter is for many an anthem, but can anyone tell me what it is actually about please?

  2. Hi Zoe, what a beautiful image you've used on this card, and it suits a Whiter Shade of Pale perfectly.......well the title anyways. Apparently the song is about one man's experience with LSD in the 60's. Hence why I chose song titles to use instead of the lyrics....lol
Thank you for participating in the "Stampin' for the Weekend" challenge this week.. Good luck and we hope you'll continue to join in on the challenges on a weekly basis. Have a wonderful day.

  4. Hello Zoe. Love this little chap playing his violin. I'm pleased Donna knew what the song was about cos I didn't! Love your colouring on this card, its so subtle. Your vellum gives a nice touch and you can just make our undernieth it the lovely patterned paper you have used with the Music notes on! Great card.
