Body Shop Tub 2

Something a bit more cheerful. You might have seen a few weeks ago a Bodyshop tub that I had altered, well this is another one.

The leaves are Tanda stamps onto the waste from an acrylic paint palette and embossed with either green or gold and then cut out. Layered and decoupared onto the lid with Glossy accents, some orange glitter and gold leaf flakes were sprinkled into the wet Glossy accents, the gold leaf turned green as the stuff dried! disappointed at first but quite like the effect now. Fibers have been wrapped round the body of the tub, making a little trinkeet box.

Thought it would make a second entry into By the cute and Girly who fortunatly allow non cute types like me to enter.

  8. Hiya!

It's a pleasure to see re-entries at BTC&G, thanks for taking the time out to create another project.

This is great - how weird is it that gold leaf turns a different colour when mixed with Glossy Accents?! Thanks for the heads up on that one, this is why I love crafting - we all learn from each other!

Hopefully see your work for the November challenge!!

    Luv Rach xx
