This Tanda Teaser is all about colour. Wendy set the challenge which will last for two weeks, the idea is to use Peacocks and Peacock colours as your inspiration. There are a couple of peacock feathers in my porch the colours are amazing being iridescent they shimmer and seem to change as you move them.
Green Mulberry paper provides the mat, on top of which is layered a piece of glossy card, a sizzix swirl and finally a peacock topper. The glossy was coloured with Adirondack 'Stained Glass' which has the greens blues and purples of a peacocks tail. Using Ranger resist Tanda's stylised feather was stamped in two corners. Brilliance copper was then brayered over the top this was from a tear drop pad so the result was patchy and allowed highs and lows from the undercoat. Cosmic Shimmer paint smeared over the swirl. Tanda's Art Nouveau Peacock coloured using Whisper pens cutout and edged with the copper capped it all off. I'm really pleased with how the colours work on this and how the glossy card reflects the shimmer.
