Wow have just realised that it was my number that was drawn on Tuesday Taggers for last week's linky, chuffed or what! (and slow or what they posted it on Tuesday when they posted this weeks challenge).
Great challenge this week we are asked to use a jig-saw piece or pieces in our work. Bookmark naturally springs to mind. Grung paper, Nick Banktock inks, gold embossed swirles, dream weaver single rose stencil with gold diamension paste and viva metallic paint in Mother of Pearl. The grung paper was cut with the cuttlebug die first and then the layers of ink paste and paint applied. The 4th piece is attached to the whole by 2 jump rings. The piece remains in one piece because although the die cut through the three pieces have not been seperated. On the reverse are different coloured pieces of card stuck on and stamped with little messages in French. The book mark will find its way to France soon - Wonder if the person it is for will read this :)
Tanda's teaser this week is ink it up so am entering this.
Fantastic creation and what a great idea. Love the paint effects. Thanks so much for leaving comments on my blog and also for joining the TT this week.

ReplyDeleteHi Zoe
ReplyDeleteFabby colours on this piece and so imaginative.
I am yet to come up with an idea for Taggers this week, biggest problem is finding some shapes - and of course time which is in short supply with all this challenge organising.
