Over at Lots to do Forum we have a swap going on. We make a Postcard, a Tag and an ATC each one has to have something floral, texture and glitter as well as the one or more of the colours Blue, Green and Yellow.
Tried to use all three colours on each piece and Tanda stamps from their Floral Flourishes set. The background of the ATC is direct to paper, with viva ferro paste and viva matallic paint in touches. the flowers were filled with glossy accents and green glitter.
The post card used the pva/alcohol ink technique terra paste and in my minds eye buttons and some fibers. Glitter sprinkled onto spots of the wet pva, once it was dry touches of viva ferro over the viva terra and the flowers just stamped on in green stayzon
The tag stared as a piece of glossy card that was starched having read Jozart's fabulous how to. Using a nestie die cut the tag out, edged it with nick Bantock yellow. Flowers stamped on in green stayzon and then the flowers and butterfly filled with stickles.
Not sure about the end results but great fun making these :)
I'm with you on this one, sod the end results (although they do look rather fab, especially the postcard), but it sounds awfully messy and great fun, and that's what it's all about xxx
