Went to Craft Barn yesterday mainly to see Suze Weinberg working magic with a melt pot. Great day lots of fabulous demos head stuffed full with ideas, no job = no money so was very good and did not buy much just a couple of Viva clear stamp plates wonder how long they will be £3.55?
Back to crafting and Lots to do challenge to use birds and or wings in your work this week.
Have covered a little note book, the base is printable canvas stamped then over painted with Viva matallic and Sakura glitter pens. A spray of Golden GM produced intresting results the canvas went all tacky and dabbing it with kitchen towel lifted paint making it distressed and more textured. A little Spiced Marmalde on the top and Viva Ferro with cosmic Shimmer paint on the bottom.
Just remembered that Gingersnaps have a winged challenge running and am entering this for that. To see the current challenges at Gingersnaps check out their left hand column the challenges run for roughly 4 weeks at a time so there really is time to get your entry made.
