CofC #7

Really enjoying Linda's weekly challenge to use a different technique out of Tim Holtz's Compendium of Curiosities. This week we are using fragments as explained on page 55 of the book.

Over at Lots to do revisited forum I'm hosting a charms swap. As my fragments have little holes in alreaady it occured to me that they would make great charms. The cat image is one of my oldest and favorite stamps, well who would'nt want a charming little cat charm. A nice quick and easy make giving me a much needed mid week craft fix.

Since going back to work time is once more in short supply I have been trying to keep with everyones blog but am not managing to let you know I've been by will try to say hi next time.

  2. I'm afraid I wouldn't want a cat charm, he, he - but they're lovely, all the same. Hope you soon get more used to working and manage to fit in your crafting times, Zoe. I sympathise - I'll be there myself soon!

  6. Oh, Zoe, I can't even tell you how much I love these kitty charms!!! You've just inspired me to do this with photos of my own little furballs. You did an amazing job with this technique-- they look like stained glass!

I can SO relate-- it's tough working full time (or even part time) and trying to fit in crafting, as well, but I hope you can always find a way to do it. The world would be a sadder place if you weren't creating your wonderful art!

    Hugs,
    Linda
