Done it not so difficult after all! When the challenge was posted this morning over at Something Completely Different it turned out to be 'Are you sitting comfortably'. Wondered what there was in my collection to use. Light bulb moment this Tanda set Art Nouveau Girls set 2 designed by Sue Law, combined with one of their Far East stamps and the impression of an Impeller that Andrew made up into a stamp for me.
B&J brayered in corners Girl in chair stamped and coloured with ProMarkers. Girl masked and Bamboo stamped and given some green leaves. Sun is the Impeller stamped twice in differnet shades of yellow, touch of blue sky, know what these look like now LOL. Using the water spalsh embossing folder from TH ran the card through the Big Shot adding texture and cooling her down a little.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great make. This is one of the reasons why I set such challenges. Although at first they may seem awkward they often allow us to create things we otherwise wouldn't have and to use stamps we have that we may not have used for a while. I am so pleased it did not turn you off but you played along with us all. Thank you for joining us again it makes all the difference.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful image and colours. The ribbon matches perfectly.
Great tag Zoe, very Raffles Hotel! That oriental stamp works well with the girl..didn't think of that! Hope you are going to put this in the Tanda Teaser oriental challenge too!
