The weeks keep on rolling by and we have another challenge for you at Tuesday Taggers but before getting to that thanks to everyone who joined in last week we had another great response and you certainly know how to make a scene.
This week it's the super talanted Teri's turn to choose, and as it is her anniversary this week she has chosen that as the theme, Happy Anniversary Teri. Good choice, its the wedding season so stands to reason there are even more anniversaries being celebrated about now. Not that it has to be a wedding anniversary all sorts of special occasions can be celebrated with a card, feel free to express the theme however you want.
Being single wedding anniversary cards are something I don't receive think I might have made this one for myself, certainly if there was an OH around this is the card I would want! Monochrome especially white on white is a great favourite, the stamped and embossed image (top right) is an old Anita's stamp, that card is matted on white vellum which has the Fiskers heart boarded punched down the left side. The flowers are a mixture of Petaloo and the August Craft Stamper cover stamp which has been stamped and embossed on the white vellum and also onto some tyvak, the tyvak curls as you heat it but slowly enough for the ep to melt and to allow some control of the end result. The white ribbon has the words 'you are the love of my life' stamped in white on it sort of a secret message. Heart and word charm, clear self adhesive gems (heart shaped) and a white self adhesive pearl and for a dash of colour a single red rose love how the white vellum mat reflects the red from the flow adding a warm rosy glow.
Normal service will resume soon, in the mean time do take a look at Tuesday Taggers to see the fabulous pieces the rest of the DT have made and leave a link to yours.
Once again Allsorts have a theme simialar to ours! They want to see a heart as a focus on your work, hope the heart at the centre of the stamp on mine counts.
