Now its September there is a new format at Something Completely Different for the month of September we are invited to join in with Arches. For this week the challenge is to use lace on your piece.
My arch is from Tando, very sturdy chipboard and a great surface to work on. Inked this with scattered straw, stamped with the coat of arms and crown from Viva, then embossed with clear ep. More DI applied Spiced Marmalade, Rusty Hinge and Moss Green and then sprayed with Copper and Red GM, ep removed with hot iron. Wings from same Viva set stamped on metal, cut out and given texture with TSS tools. Lace trim glued in place, wings attached and Viva Ferro Amber gold and graphite black spread around arch, wings and lace. Finally self adhesive gems placed on crown and lace.
Suspect this is not what Dawn had in mind LOL but this is one of those things that needed to be made.
