Lots to do - An Easel or a Shaped card

Hello again its Saturday again the start of 2 days of play time, well at least for some of us. Its also the first day of a new challenge at Lots to do Lots of lovely entries last week its good to go back to basics sometimes and most of us UK paper crafters entered the craft as card makers. This week we are looking for cards again, easel cards have become very popular and for good reason they are always effective. It does not have to be an easel card any shaped card works for us.

I am the only person I know who uses this shape/fold its my take the square 'box' fold. Simply brown card folded and pearlscent cream card cut to mat on fronts. Basic grey swirls with gold ep and quotes from Hero arts.

Sure you will surprise us with some interesting shapes and cards. So pop over to Lots to do and leave us a link to your work. While you are there follow the link to Alison's blog, you know how I love masks and she has made two beautiful masks a real treat and inspiration to see.

  10. What an unusual shape, Zoe. Love it, though - striking the way you've used the gold on brown. Not sure how you'd get it in an envelope, lol, but I always do that - make the card or whatever, then find out I don't have an envelope to fit - duh! Great work.
