Had the Meltpot out the other evening making the UTEE impressed dragon for this Chunky Grungy Page. Then realised that Sue has set a new Tanda Teaser calling for us to make our own embellishments. Rather thought the UTEE Dragon fits the bill.
Very easy to do use melt pot to heat clear UTEE on a piece of tefalon mat cut to fit the pot. Sprinkle some orange EP into the mix and when that is melted pull the mat with the hot UTEE on it out of pot, stamp into the UTEE with an inked stamp hold for a moment while the UTEE starts to set and then remove stamp. Once cool enough to hold trim embellishment ready for use.
This is of course another of the Chunky Grungy pages for She's swap. This time the theme is Magical and Mystical for Elaine. Sticky back cork negative from the TH flourish die used a while back, sprayed with GM & dots of glue over cork sprinkled with little stars. Wizard stamped with Stayzon onto acatate and coloured on the reverse with Pro Markers.
Gingersnaps ended 2010 with a Ginspiration challenge all the team have put up something they did in 2010 inviting us to be inspired and make ourown take on it. Jules Eickmeier has some lovely birds suggesting that we Stamp on Acrylic with Permanent Ink, the Wizard is my take on her challenge.
