Just for Fun - Trying a new technique

We enjoyed visiting the people who joined in last week at Just for Fun some stunning mixed media work on show.
This time the prompt is to try one of those techniques you always mean to but never get round to! You know the one for you, it was on someone's blog and or in your favourite magazine so hopefully this is that last little incentive you needed to try it. Don't worry if its not perfect nothing is at first we all need to practice but if you don't try you'll never know.

So following Sam's tutorial the other week I had my first go at the Bandana technique. Not bad for a first time but room for improvement so will have to try it again.

The two stars and the word Music in the middle are are Tando Chippie, the colours are all stayzon inks and the images were stamped in black stayzon. Multi coloured ribbon makes the wall hanging.
