Tando Jigsaw canvas

Well the first long week-end is over wasn't it glorious.  Just three days and then we have another long week-end, wonder what the weather will be like LOL

Had a lot of fun making this canvas got good and messy with ink all over my hands.    The Clock Repair section of an old yellow pages has been cut out and used here stuck to one piece of Tando and onto the base canvas.  Another piece of Tando was run through the big shot with the T!M ledger folder and then coloured with layers of Distress inks.   Third piece was coloured with a light Distress Ink and then over stamped with a darker colour.   A strip of metal stamped with the same image and matched to the Tando piece.

The Canvas was given a thin coat of watered down white Gesso to knock back the directory entries but leaving them legible.   Wild Honey DI blended over the top which was then stamped with the Tattered Angles  clock.    The Tando pieces laid out and the clock hands added to one and watch face to another.    Viva Ferro and Croco smeared around helping to hold the Tando in place.  Some of the Ferro smoothed and stamped into with a time themed quote and sprayed with Glimmer Mists.   More watch parts added and also three screw top brads all stuck into the paste.  Finally Spray and Shine sprayed over the whole canvas.

Tando is available from a number of UK stockists, including Craft-Room.   Texture embossing folder, and Spray and Shine are also available at the Craft-Room, Julia also stocks Distress inks not sure which colours she has on her shelves just now.
