This year is just racing away its May! and time for change at Just for Fun. We had a lot of fun with shapes in April, now it is Neet's turn to set the challenges and she is giving us a month of size. Neet's theme for May is 'Size Matters!'
For the first challenge the theme is Inchies. Those little one inch squares, that you can do so much with. I made up a master board using Kakeidacolor 'Calypso' and lots of stamps with faces or facial features on them. Using a one inch square punch, punched out lots of little squares. The bookmark is Grunge paper coloured with DI trimmed at the bottom with a traditional fringe and the shape marked with gold leaf pen. The inchies were then tried and retried until a pleasing layout came together.
You can do anything you want with your inchie(s) so please do join in and let us see what you do.
