Good morning, thank you to those of you who joined the tangle challenge at Just for Fun last week. This week it is Neet's turn to choose the theme and she has asked us to use Steampunk as our inspiration. We are joined this week by the very talented Marie as our Guest Designer.
This might not be Steampunk proper but as lots of Steampunk pieces use watch/clock parts they became the starting point. A dis-assembled wind up clock provided the face, coloured with Alcohol inks, and the spring and cog hanging from it. Nestie die cut provides the backing to the clock face. Cuttlebug die and emboss used to cut the metal butterfly's flitting off.
Once again the team have produced some fantastic samples we all hope we tempt you to make your own Steampunk piece and share it with us.
I'm also entering this into Simon says stamp and show where this week the theme is Metal.
