Mail Art

Apologies, this may be a little difficult to see, it is difficult to photograph.   If I can improve on it I will.

Sue's challenge this fortnight at Tanda Teaser is to use lilac and green, that then was the starting point.   You can use anything you want for a Tanda Teaser but I always try to use Tanda Stamps and with this colour scheme their Dragon and Fantasy sets seemed a perfect choice.   Now what to use them on?    I am going to be sending some things to a friend soon and thought some mail art would be nice.

When I was working last started to get 'Graze Boxes' wonderful letter box sized boxes with all sorts of tasty treats to keep you going.  Well these boxes are far to go to just chuck and there is a little pile of them on one of the kitchen chairs.   This one has been painted all over with Black Gesso.   Then sprayed with Cosmic Shimmer Silver and Green, the purple is Glimmer mist.   Thoroughly dried and then stamped.   The standing Wizard and the Dragon on the right were stamped with Cosmic Shimmer acrylic liquid paint and then coloured with Sakura Pens.   Other stamping was more conventional with regular inks and EP (cosmic shimmer).   Finally some little dragons just stamped in Champagne and not filled in.    No idea what my friend will make of this when she gets it but sure she will let me know!     Entering this into, Gingersnaps  -  Packaging   Somewhere there is a things with wings challenge but I cannot track it just now if/when I do I'll enter this as well.
