Steampunk on the Road

Started bouncing for joy on Wednesday when the first of the July Steampunk challenge's at Gingersnaps was published.   Knew it would be great its Steampunk all month long, for this the first week the theme is 'On the Road'.

The Creative Expression bicycle is the road vehicle but to make peddling easier it has wings now from Viva.   the top layer and mirror card mat are Kanban I know but they came with some great stamps one of which was used on the base.   The card was coloured with DI Old Paper, Rusty Hinge and Vintage Photo, all the stamping black Archival.   The balloon mask was coloured over with more Rusty Hinge.   More of that fabulous florist wire a plastic cog coloured with rub on colour washer and loose screw from the hardware shop, cogs from a clock and the resisters from Vintage Supply Company

Spotlight Challenge   -   Masking (the bike was masked for the wing at the back and the hot air balloon's are a mask)
Truly Scrumptious   -   Things with wings (again maybe not what was in the teams mind.)
Stamp Insanity   -   Anything goes

    Love this Zoe...the capacitors are a great addition....My brother gave me some years ago to make earings from....Heaven knows where they are now! LOL! Stamps are fab!
