Voyages Imaginaires

I'm not one for Journals but when going away always take a sketch book.   So when I realised that this fortnight the project at The Stamp man is Travel setting up a new sketch book became my entry.

The book itself came from Paper Mill when they were closing their shops.   The covers are really stiff hardboard great for working on.   Dismantled the book on the Cinch to work on the cover without touching the rest of the pages.   Distress Stain in Wild Honey, stamped with DI Vintage Photo and Rusty Hinge for the detailed stamps Versafine Sepia.   The stamps are Creative Expression Timeless Journey and Carte Postale, the pens are inkadinkado and birds Tanda.   Edged the page with DI Aged Mahogany and coloured the tissue tape with it.

Put the book back together then added some TH film strip, and an inspiration tag.   Some metal corners and finally added some fibers and ribbon down the spine.
