Window art

For the past couple of days I've been working on this.   The original idea came to me when I moved into my last house, that was when I got the embroidery hoops and that 11 years ago was as far as it got.

Now coloured cellophane has been added.   Firstly the hoops were painted with a black and copper mix.  Then the cellophane laid across the inner hoop and secured with the outer.   Laying the hoops face down Tattered Angel's masks were placed inside and spray etch used over them.   Some Tando (a piece from mixed Swirls large and two Heart cogs) coloured with Cosmic Shimmer sprays.    The swirl joins the three hoops with glue and staples.   Wire runs from the blue hoop down the front of the red hoop and across it from behind then up the front on the other side and carries on up the front of the yellow hoop.   The Tando heart cogs are attached at the bottom with more glue and staples.
