Soft Yellows and White

You might have noticed by now that I'm a fan of the Gingersnaps challenges.   These are quirky, fun and challenging challenges stretching us and getting us out of our boxes.   And thank you ladies for my recent selection as a Gem.

The December Colour challenge is  Soft Yellows and Whites.   Started with a canvas roughly coloured it with yellow pastel and then Americana modelling paste.  While the paste was still soft stamped into it with a rubber stamp.    A torn strip of white mulberry paper laid down one side and some torn pieces of yellow mulberry paper randomly place on canvas.   Yellow and white fiber wrapped round and some more yellow pastel shaved on to it.   While the paste was drying a new Rubber Stampede stamp used with white EP on yellow dp.  The image carefully cut out and glued on top of the canvas.

As the New Year rapidly approaches a couple of challenges are inviting people to share projects made with their new crafty things, for me it is the stamp.

4 Crafty Chicks - Something New
Rainbow Lady - your choice, this is a new to me challenge!!!
Little Red Wagon - Something New Any kind of new and another new to me challenge
