White on White Steampunk Tag

I joined another group yesterday Flying Unicorns lots of challenges going on there and some amazing artists sharing their creations and passions.   Lynn Stevens is hosting a fab fun tag challenge for the month of January, White has to be the predominate colour and you have to use something on the tag the previous person entered.

I love White on White so had to do this asap! The vintage lady is taken from a pre-printed tag and decoupaged here over ribbon wrapped around the bottom of the tag and a small paper doily attached to the top. Plastic white chain makes the tag tie. TH cogs and gears cut in tyvek and shrink both heat treated, sticky back gems added to their centers. The button has white lash fibre threaded through, a small piece of watch glass sits just above it and over one of the cogs. To finish off a small clear heart shaped gem has been added to the woman's skirt.

If you would like to join the group and challenge you will be made very welcome I know because I have been.

Also sharing this with:
Die cut Dreams - White on White (I noticed that the DT had black on their pieces so hope this is OK)
Heart Song Inspirations - Anything goes

  19. White on whites are some of the most fun and sometimes most challenging projects to make, but always amazing! LOVE the chain as the tie and the TH cogs are perfect. Your vintage b&w lady looks spectacular on here. :)
