Bling, Glitter/Sparkle

Time for a new challenge at Craft-Room, you loved our last challenge and we think you'll like this one as well.

Set by Debi who wants to see Bling Glitter/Sparkle.   We have another terrific sponsor this time and perfect for the theme.   Rare bird home of all things Friendly Plastic.

My piece is a FP broach.  Firstly three sticks of FP provided the small pieces connected here as the base.   With some stiff ribbon like 'stuff' over the top for the FP to ooze through a heart shaped cookie cutter cut it into shape.   With the FP still warm a silver backed bead has been pressed into it.   A small piece of pink FP softened and cut with another little heart shaped cutter and merged onto the top.

Some mount board cut down to fit behind Sandwiched between FP and mount board some lace and three little strands of seed beads ending with the chips of pink stone.

Maybe a bit pink and girly for me but this is Bling Glitter/Sparkle with a fabulous generous sponsor.   The prize is one of Rare Birds jewellery making kits.

Time to get out your glitter and sparkly stash and share a blinged up project with us at Craft-Room Challenge.

  4. Hi Zoe, I just love this piece. I still can't quite work out how you have made this because it looks seamless, like it all belongs together. Your style is so individual, that's why I like it so much. Julia xxx
