Playing for playing's sake

Seem to have been very busy recently leaving little time to just get inky for the sake of it.   This morning managed to put that right!

This is another page for my book very much inspired by the time of year.   The birds are all busy building their nests and pairing off, the males are busy singing their territory. Life is bursting out all over!

I've also fallen in love with the inkylicious dusters they blend colours so gently without any hard lines.   First off the bird was stamped and masked then the background stamps added.  With mask still in place Adirondack Lettuce, Watermelon and Sailboat dusted over.   The mask removed and bird coloured with Whisper Pens.

Spring for me.

There is a lot of white space on this page, at Less is More this week the challenge is Picture Inspiration with pinks and greens and a flavor of spring.    There is also Picture Inspiration at Allsorts, a very different picture but once again bursting with spring pinks and greens.
