They are such a neat and useful format, great to make and so useful when finished. Suspect this one could be destined to be a card topper.
I've got to say I love being in work and am so grateful that everything worked out as it has but I do miss have play time. Especially inky messy play time, not today though. Chores complete and a stamp just crying out to be inked just gotta go with the flow.
Card embossed with splash folder and then cut with the tag die. Distress ink and Adirondack ink blended over after which a blast of Dylusions white sprayed on. CI Butterflies stamped and clear embossed, then fussy cut out. More Dylusions sprays and Glimmer Mist Sprays the embossed image could not really be re-heated so image left to dry. While cutting the tag a small frame on the same die was cut, this was also coloured with the sprays and attached to the tag with a piece of Washi tape behind it. Plain white paper blasted with the sprays and while wet the inks were moved around the page. Paper dried with paper towel and then used for die cut flowers. Before assembling everything a green ink pad run round the tag edges to give definition. Finishing touch, there is always a finishing touch right? Green sticky back pearls in the centres of the flowers. Green really is my favourite colour.
