It's Saturday, the first day of a long week-end here in the UK, and it is a lovely day. For me the washing is done and on the line and I've had a lovely morning playing with stamps and inks and things.
The butterfly stamp is new to me from innovative Stamps I've bookmarked their site and know I'll be going back. In the stamp the butterfly is resting on a circle which has been completely obscured by the 3D flower I stamped, inked cut and layered up. The background was built-up with Adirondack dye inks and ink dusters then Stamp-Bug wild flowers and the dragonfly stamped onto scrap and then secondary stamped here. Been a while since I last visited Stamp-Bug think I'll have to go and spend a little time on their site soon. The colouring is all Do Crafts pens the butterfly has been given a coat of Glossy Accents into which some distressed glitter has been sprinkled.
