Craft-Room Challenge - Wedding/Anniversary

Looks like a my inspired by a tattoo challenge flummoxed a lot of you, but it is a challenge and I like to make them stretching.   Well done to all who did enter I really loved visiting your blogs to see your work and learn what inspired you.

Mervi is our hostess this fortnight, and as it is her wedding anniversary this week she has selected a very apt theme of Wedding/Anniversary for the new challenge at Craft-Room Challenge. 

Seeing the challenge I knew I wanted to use the Rogue Redhead Designs love birds, the only question was how.    Found some old printed floral card stock which I've used as the base card and taken my colour scheme from.   A mat of gold Vellum layered next and then the fun began.   White card embossed with a spellbinders deep embossed pattern.    There is a blank section of these folders, so with mould still under the card the birds were stamped and heat embossed with WOW fine detail gold ep.   The same ep used for the sentiment on a piece of white scrap card stock.   The frame for the sentiment was left over from a previous project involving the TH tag die.   But I get ahead of myself.    Having embossed the card Sunshine yellow brushed over the outer edge, and over the little frame.    ProMarker pens used to colour the raised design, Whisper pens were used to colour the birds.    Finally a little golden vellum die cut used to draw attention to the Love Birds.
