With a Flourish

It is a lovely day today, but it comes with the warning of snow to come but then it is January and it has been very mild so far this winter.   In the garden the snowdrops are coming on love these early flowers,

I have been in the craft room quite a bit this week, settling into retirement is proving to be very easy who said I wouldn't find enough to do?  

This card has taken a couple of days to design there are lots of flourish stamps to choose from, perhaps that should be there are lots of stamps to choose from.   These flourishes are among my favourites.   The large flourish stamped and then heat embossed with Wow powders, Brass.  The smaller flourish stamped in gold, getting an angle without shadow reduced the shine in this picture.   Finally the little dragonfly stamped in silver.
