Yesterday my Son paid me a compliment, it's his birthday soon and while chatting I said I might make him a card. Expecting a don't worry about it polite decline, instead I go cool like your cards been looking not just on fb but visiting your blog really like what you do with those rubber stamps! Needless to say my flabber was gasted, these are not versions of his birthday card, that remains under wraps for now.
The second card came to me while working on the first. Stamping' up fans will recognise the stamps used. They come from two different set but could have been made for each other. All the stamping is in Versafine the best ink for detail images/impressions.

Right off to think about a card for a 42 year old son.
This first card is a Papermania stamp from 2015, very new for me that is! I love the delicate flowers and stem. First the flower was stamped and coloured then a mask was made and used. An older 5 block stamp inked using different colours of yellow felt pens. Missing parts of the block coloured in with the felt pen and a water brush. The main image stamped in memento was coloured with Promarkers and the stem given a covering of Glossy Accents. The sentiment is another old stamp this time from Hero Arts.

I suspect my flabber would have been gasted if my hubs said something similar but .. he's right you know and this card proves it!

Two great cards. Love the way you used the 'bloom' sentiment as the stem on the second card. The yellow blocks in the background of the first card are super.
