Always Use Rubber - It's not all Black and White

It's time our refreshed challenge is re-starting today, now in fact, as Always use Rubber.

To get us going we have a picture inspiration for you.

And the challenge title It's not all Black and White

If you look at the three iconic black and white images you will see more colours, after all absolute white is the absence of all colour the reflection of all light.  Black on the other hand is the absorption of all light and colour.

You might remember that for he 26 Twofers project I made a complete pack of cards, this tie I'm sharing pages of my 2017 calendar.   Not quite sure yet if there will just be a small calendar tab at the bottom of each page or the more conventional 12 month ring bound type with a full months grid on the back of each picture for the following month.  I think this is March.

Both stamps are from Clarity.   I used perfect medium and perfect pearls for the bird on a black mat that really shows off those gorgeous perfect pearls.   A few highlights added with white pen.    The blossom branch has just been lightly coloured with sakura pens.

We are a stamping challenge for rubber/polymer and ink work, we would love you to join us and tell your friends!    There will be a top 3 for each challenge and a winner selected by the team from those top 3 entries each month.   Our sponsor AlleyStamp is still our generous sponsor.
