When a Butterfly flaps it's wings

“a butterfly can flutter its wings over a flower in China and cause a hurricane in the Caribbean.”

Why not then consider the harnessed power of a flight of butterflies and a steampunk engine?  

And so this pastel steampunk piece was inspired.  There are layers, masking, stamping, over stamping, stencilling, colouring in and a piece of snip art.   All in response to Sunday Post Card and their theme this week of Pastel Steampunk.
