Back to Basics with Stencils

Think back to when you were at school and had stencils, perhaps of your country or animals and you used to draw round them?  Well Nancy at CAS mix up can and she set the challenge for July, Stencil Tracing.   The DT have made some fantastic samples do go and see them.

Well I had to didn't I?

For this first one Tim Holtz provided the floral design.  Outlined in Green and then coloured with Distress Inks and Inkylicious Dusters.  My favourite word, Laugh, from a Tando stencil outlined in the same green.

On a Saturday morning one of the first challenges I check is Less is More.  Their challenge for this fortnight is a colour one Fuchsia, Yellow and Grey.  What a fantastic combination.  It is another Tando stencil that provided this image coloured this time with my Whisper Pens, they certainly had had a lot of work recently.  The colouring was done before the stencil was removed.

Now F1 is back! so I'm catching the qualifying highlights.  Stay safe, Keep well and HAVE FUN
