Harley's adventures continue, he is discovering areas of the craft room not previously investigated. Ferreting in the bottom shelf of a unit he discovered a sponge head wooden handled paint blending tool. Turns out he can fit this in his mouth and that means it's his! This one is even better as it can be rolled around, chased and played with. Think I'll have to get me another one as he has claimed this.
Did a little ferreting of my own today, looking around blog land spotted a great CAS card followed the link back to it's makers site. On landing it was great to discover that this talented girl is on the DT for another CAS challenge. So added it to the challenge lists and headed back into the craft room.
Perfectly CAS is the name of this new to me challenge, monthly from the 15th this is their #12 challenge with the theme of Splash. Bombshell stamps, unmounted rubber I've had for a while are perfect for this theme.
First the pool was inked, and the ripple stamped. Pool masked and the Koi Carp stamped so only the tail end would be seen. Fish coloured with whisper pens. Now the fish needed to be masked the stamp re-inked blotted and 2nd generation ink lightly and carefully placed over the pool. It didn't come out perfectly which was exactly what was wanted. Finally a few drops of water added with another whisper pen.
