Had another little play in the craft room, until the new F1 season starts there is not much else to do on a Sunday?
The is a new Challenge from AAA Cards today, #183 one corner with the option to create a scene. These type of challenges need a bit of thought. A lot of the DT samples have bright and cheerful one corner, unfortunately for me my craft and imagination just do not take me there.
Instead a little pond with a dragonfly hovering came to mind. Circle punched out of a sticky note and used as a mask. Another piece of paper laid over the top, an Inkylicious stamp provided a little foliage round the edge of the pond then yellow and pink DI dusted overtime to give help set the scene of a bright day. Mask removed and replaced with the paper it was cut from pond given some broken china colour. Blue whisper pen and white pen for ripples. The Dragonfly and Sentiment stamped in gold ink, Sakura pen gave the Dragonfly some extra glitter.
Another one for the post card collection.
