After being turned upside down by last month's More Than Words theme it was great to find the February challenge is one I could happily play with.
....... Olive coloured eyes peeped out from under her bonnet, "Romance me" she whispered. ...........
I really enjoyed this page and used some of my favourite things on it. The Mac. style stencils, at the sides, are a few years old now come Glitz Craft. 3 colours of DI dusted through with Inkylicious Dusters, Barn Door, Worn Lipstick and Peeled Paint. Tando Heart Stencil laid over the top and dusted with Tattered Rose.
The stamp is from Stamps Happen stamped in grey (London Fog) Memento ink and coloured with Chameleon Pens. Again Reds, Pinks and Greens provided the main colour scheme, her eyes were coloured with Olive Green of course. ProMarkers provided the skin tone.
Tando Stencil laid back on, tattered rose hearts now covered most of the white space. Relevant words added with the brush end of a Whisper Pen over stamped with a little flourish in Victorian Velvet DI. Another fun and this time slightly saucy page of the journal completed.

Funky Junky Boutique - Ground Hog Day, the instruction is to use the technique(s) you go to time and time again. Stamping, first and foremost I am a Rubber Stamper yes where possible I choose Wood Mounted Rubber like this Woman in a Bonnet.
