Another day and the start of another challenge, this time I'm sharing my DT piece for Inspiration Station #15. Our inspiration picture is a lovely autumn scene.
Such a gorgeous lush autumn scene, it was the colours that inspired me. Red, Yellow, Orange and Green, fantastic pallet to have.
I don't have many Dolly Dimples stamps but this very quirky flower was right up my street. Here I've stamped it in red for it's first ever inking and then used my brand new Staedtler Double-ended fibre-tip pens. Finally a DI ink pad lightly dragged down card and sides for a little autumn mist effect.
The team have all gone in their own directions with this months challenge why not go and take a look, Inspiration Station. Oh and don't forget you will be in the draw for a prize, details on the challenge site.
I'm sharing this with
NBUS - #31 Never Before Used St Stamp and Pens.
Stampotique - One Layer
stamps & fun = CREATIVITY - #395 Colours of Autumn, well those were the colours used!
Country View Challenges - Autumnal Colours &/or Halloween. This colour pallet is Autumn even if the image isn't quite seasonal!
Nice work and pretty colours
ReplyDeleteThanks for playing along with our stamps & fun = CREATIVITY Challenge and good luck!

Anything Autumn appeals to me Zoe and I really like that quirky flower and what a good idea stamping in red, we reach for black and brown all too readily.
