As you might know we had a bit of a relaunch at the Lots to do forum and it seemed like a good idea to have a New Home themed swap 3 anythings you like based around the new home idea. You have seen one of my makes already here this is the 2nd piece. The swap is open until the 15th if you fancy joining the forum and swap.
Bare Essential picture frame, sprayed with DB's black and gold paint after it had driven me sane, then given a coat of GM Lily pad. Gold Viva Croco which just sucked up the green giving it a wonderful lustre, putting the Croco on thickly provides deep textural cracks. Flowers grungeboard and grungepaper die cut with a TH die, all coloured with Nick Bantock inks and distress stickles, grunge curled and shaped. Die cut letters that I hope the new owener will be able to take off if they want soemthing other than a new home frame.
Am entering this into the Alter it monthly Home sweet home challenge for July.
Beautiful.... nice new home gift for anyone. I love that luster . its like lalique luster glass only.. crackled
ReplyDeleteOh and we want to see who YOUR and what YOUR style is. so please dont alter your creative preferences to fit with alter it monthly. it just so happens the three design team members are good friends with similar styles... this does not mean we are not interested in other styles.. in fact the whole point of alter it monthly is sharing thoughts points of view and styles :)
there now.. lecture over LOL sorry... i got carried away and panic stricken that you would try and create what you think we want to see rather than expressing your own individuality x
